Inspired by watching his granddaughters play, Gadi Fraiman’s series of young children brings the viewer into the world of innocent children and their pure, authentic state of being. 

‘Balloon Girl’ explores the yearning for life from the pure perspective of a child. The viewer sees their own adult reflection in the shiny stainless-steel balloon while immersed in the amusement of the child. This highlights the dual craving for childlike joy and dreams while maintaining the psychological need for emotional maturity and perspective.
