About the Artwork:
The Gitty Fuchs original piece ‘Hevron’ depicts one of the most primary, sacred sites in Israel, where the tomb of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs sit until today. Through contrasting color, light, darkness and texture, Fuchs illustrates the grand entrance to the tomb as figures walk towards it, in her signature style inspired by abstract expressionism. She uses palette knives, acrylic and oil paint to build 6 layers of beautiful texture to create this layered work, finishing it with Gold leaf. Contact us for more information and availability.
