About the Artwork:

Inspired by his grandchildren running barefoot, fully engaged in the enjoyment of life Gadi constructed the Balloon girl collection, intending to bring the viewer back into a childlike world in which dreams have no limits and joy is boundless. ‘Dream Big’ highlights the fearless ambition and passion of youth. Fraiman sculpts a large balloon symbolic of youthful dreams fearlessly being overinflated. The viewer sees their own adult reflection in the shiny stainless-steel balloon, reminding them of their own childhood. This provokes the viewer to remember their own forgotten youthful dreams, pure and free of the awareness of adult affairs.
